Have you ever practice meditation by yourself? Could you manage your body and mind just straight away from the daily life? We move at first , breathe and sitting or laydown to get meditate.



Why you sit and meditate? Why now people do mindfullness practice? The answer is vary.

Or we should not ask the answer.


“What will I do after meditation?"

During a meditation we got a lots of plans, ideas and emotions passing through in our mind. Listen to your breath and listen to your inner mind.


No plan No schedule


Sit with on your hip or chair wherever comfortable, when you got a day off or long break. Just keep mesitate for 1h - 2h.


Even when you walk, sing, hamming you can meditate.
